    JamesPL,

Follow the directions of your doctor closely. If you ultimately require treatment, enroll in cardiac rehab and continue with an exercise program after rehab ends. If you are teated with medication, ask your doctor about an exercise program that you could tolerate and stick with it. Anything you can do to strengthen your heart is a benefit so long as your doctor approves what you are doing. Good luck to you.

    Geniangel,

They said the stress test was normal but now you’re in heart failure.  What test did they do to discover you were in heart failure?
