Ischemic stroke survivor!!

Story image

Hey!! I'm a survivor of ischemic stroke. I don't smoke, doesn't have diabetes or other cardiovascular problems. So everyone in the family was shocked when the doctor said I had a minor stroke.

The doctor said I suffer from ischemic stroke because of my overweight. He advised reducing my weight asap. I started to diet and workout but there are not many changes in my weight. My daughter said it is because I starve from morning till evening and eat a lot at night. lol.. She is very much concerned about my health. So she researched and found out about men's weight loss center in Toronto ( http://www.harveybrooker.com/the-program/ ) and is compelling me to go there.

She said they have different weight loss packages and healthy eating plans which might help me to reduce my weight. I don't know if it will be worth spending money but I don't have any other options. So I'm planning to give it a shot. While researching I saw that many health issues are due to overweight. I hope after reducing my weight all my heart problems will be solved and I will be healthy. I will keep updating my status here once I join the weight loss centre.
