craiganddebbie,Hi Knixxx1, My name is Debbie and I was 45 when I had to undergo triple bypass surgery, I know there are alot of anxiety and depression that can start, but let me tell you. Now is the time to realize you have been given a second chance and get yourself healthy. I worked in a major Level One Trauma ER, I was short of breath for a few days and then was basically told I was checking in by my peers. I had a stress test and then had a stemi on the stress test table. Triple by pass 24 hours later. My heart arteries were 95,90,75% Blocked. Feel free to message me and we can talk. I am at work right now so I will be home in a little while and hoping to hear back from you. Debbie

EricTy,Knixxx you should ask your doctor about cardiac rehab. You need to get your confidence back. It's a safe environment where you can work out and build your strength. They also have classes on how to eat heart healthy. You have a second chance and you can still enjoy life just as much as anyone else. You just need to find out how comfortable you are pushing your body.
