First TIA

It has been almost 2 weeks since this first TIA.  No damage shown from brain MRI.  I am recovering with tons of tiredness.  I am 68,   was not prepared for such devastating tiredness.  I need mostly quiet time with some visiting on the phone, small amount of in person visits and some TV time.  Everything wears me out until I feel just sick.  Don't want to drive anywhere myself yet because of the wear and tear of it.  I am wondering if this is usual for TIA or could this be from the statin rx or the aspirin to thin blood.  Anyone have feedback?

    bennybear,
Though I might be getting tired a little earlier in the evening; I am not experiencing what you describe. I'm 74 and have been going to the gym about 4 times a week for 20 months. I'm also involved in several local volunteer activities, each day. Now a vegetarian since my TIA. I believe, the more I keep moving - the better I am able to keep moving. Maybe you can start with baby steps and build up over time. Brother Ben
