Diastolic HF

EF: 60per cent
Oximeter reading: high 90s
BP :  excellent
pulse: good ( 60s and 70s)
blood work: contraindicative of CHF per cardiologist
cath shows no evidence of CAD
one time diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has been withdrawn
a fib corrected
and yet highly symptomatic: apnea, fatigue, dizziness, some angina, very low exercise tolerance
so, contra cardiologist,, it has to be either HCM or diastolic HF
