Hello MY DAD had to get airlifted from Hazleton general to Lehigh Valley hospital Cedar in Allentown PA to the ICU unit where there's neurosurgeons he suffered many strokes that led up to 1 big 1 that caused him to have a blood clot on the left side of his brain they had to incubate him with breathing tubes going down his throat his blood pressure is high on purpose for stenosis to the brain he's on a feeding tube their sedating him he keeps fighting the tubes and wanting to take everything out his left eye is closing he does wear prescription glasses and was complaining about a lot of pressure behind his eye he doesn't have his glasses with him either My Grandfather who did have glaucoma and was a World War II Vet who served in the Navy and also was part of the NYPD until his retirement and then moved to white Heaven Pennsylvania until he recently just passed away My Dad hasn't been to the doctor since the 1960s we tried but he's a stubborn German man he is only 64 years old  I know he would bleed here and there when having a ***** movement and he does have a hernia in his groin and  also has a background of drinking and drugs and just a lot of abuse to his body and really never took care of himself in that nature and still smokes to this day he barely has any of his teeth left  They have to constantly suction him out from all the phlegm and mucus and they were having him on 50% oxygen to break the secretions up but now that's not working he can't eat or drink he was vomiting  And they also put restraints on him they're not letting us In the hospital all because of the pandemic I personally I'm running out of ideas on what to do this is DAY 3 and he is NOT getting BETTER but WORSE what could be done? PLEASE what should be done? they won't speak to me but only to my mother so I don't know his plan of care or anything of that nature I know he has a catheter and when they airlifted him he lost control of his ****** and bladder he was talking on the phone 2 days ago even though his speech was slurred I could still make out what he was saying and how he just wants to come home if ANYONE can PLEASE HELP MY DAD ANYTHING IS APPRECIATED PLEASE THANK YOU
