Heh...I've only had a heart attack two times in my life.This really has stopped me from setting the things I love to eat because that is what I got heart stroke from, it's really hard to stay away from the foods I like to eat. The first time I had a heart attack was when I was about 23 I was 348 pounds at the time and I knew it and still kept eatting. One day on Wednesday, 24th of June 2015 I got a heart attack and had to be taken to the hospital. I thought I was going to die but the doctor helped me and kept me alive. Two months later I started going to gyms to get my health in place and I have lost 209 pounds just so I can be healthy and have less risk of heart attacks.
