Western Massachusetts Stroke Support (Ischemic and Hemorrhagic)

I am looking to connect with stroke survivors in my region.  I would like to utilize this platform to spark conversations about community and regional resources you have found helpful, share experiences, and support one another.  Coping with stroke is difficult and you do not need to feel alone. I encourage stroke survivors, friends, and families to contribute to the conversation and ask the group questions.

The intent of this group is to encourage a positive place for survivors and their family to share their experiences, offer and recieve support. To facilitate conversation feel free to start by answering some of the questions below.  Going off script is OK also! :)

    -  What is working for you during your recovery?
    -  What is valuable to you and your family in our community?
    -  What types of barriers have you overcome?
    -  What are your intentions for seeking support and how will the support of your peers be beneficial to you?

Happy "day before" the new year to all!! This year has been challenging to say the least, and I hope 2021 brings you health, hope, and happiness!! I would love to hear what is your New Years Resolution/ goal for yourself? One of mine is to be more active on this forum! :) Please reach out with content you would like to see!

DID YOU KNOW? Over half of Massachusetts is now considered high risk for COVID-19? Do not go out and party tonight! Stay home, create new traditions, and ring in the new year with your immediate family! (Information obtained from the Mass.Gov notification system)
