Time Tells

Good news.  At rehab, while improving weekly (After 9 months, 3-4 hours of rehab, 30 mIles of cycling per week, and walks), I've enjoyed watching others improve, encouraging them.  First cardiologist was not cool.  Second was way cool.  Encouraged.  Waiting for next sonogram or ultrasound this week.  30-35 ef after the first few months.  Now, I can't get tired easily.  5 vegetable gardens going.  Had to hack through hard earth.  Wherever you are, keep looking forward.  Like one doctor said, numbers aren't everything.  Attitude is 90%.

    Hey Dolphin White !!

    What a treat to read your story about rehab.    Like you, I got serious about rehab and used that as the jumping off point for a sustained, smart physical exercise program.  One of the smartest things I've ever done!   Your experience and others like you that pass the good message along are SUPER  SURVIVORS!

    Hi Dolphin White, Congratulations! Your rehab experience reads as a true success and it's still going! After cardiac arrest in 2016, I found cardiac rehab to be vital to my cardiac health and my mental health. Keep up the great work, which is so inspiring.

    Thanks guys.  I try to encourage the others on rehab.  Everyone who''s there for 4 weeks, we see great improvements.  It"'s what you put in.  All the best guys. 😎
