71 year old female new to this site.

Recently two of my doctors have heard something in my heart. Both mentioned possible heart murmur.  Had echocardiogram and going for results this Monday. I am also a lung cancer survivor and had a CT to check radiation therapy I had last August.  Have AFIB, had abdominal aorta bypass surgery years ago, stent was added in 2011. So not new to health issues. My question is what is the impact of having a heart murmur?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
