"Heart Walking"

 I stay motivated for fitness by participating in local events throughout my community.

 

Exercise: can have positive effects:  controls weight, improve blood circulation throughout the body etc.

 Whatever exercise technique you choose to use: strive every day to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle: you will find it rewarding.

Why I walk ?

 To help raise funds  for medical research/promote awareness

Honor every family affected by heart and stroke disease.

Celebrate my recovery from heart valve replacement and three pace maker surgeries
