Looking for patient advocates to speak to the next generation of doctors and scientists

If you are a patient or caregiver of someone who has experienced coronary artery disease, heart failure, or transplant the Vanderbilt Program in Molecular Medicine would like to hear your experience in hopes of improving patient care at their upcoming virtual retreat.

Hi everyone, we have all of the members we need. Thank you so much for your support! Best! Katie

    ECG_Amy 001.jpg.

My Total congenital history and current issues include: RyR2, FKTN, and Gelsolin, a primary, systemic, hereditary, fatal and slow developing type of Amyloidosis. The enclosed ECG_Amy001.jpg  includes symptoms, signs, lab work, etc. A much more complete file, if anyone is interested is at ECG, especially section aVL, showing effect of my Gelsolin cardiac impact..

Good morning Oldkarl, Thank you so much for sharing your information with us. I have forwarded your contact info to  Denise.Costanza@heart.org who is running the program. I also removed your phone number from the site for internet safety reasons.
Thank you for your willingness to help us.

    Best.
