My Annual Walk Progress post Stemi
Hi All 😊🥰♥️😊👍
As shown in screen shot attached along, with average walk of 5.4 Miles daily I’m pretty happy with the progress . I really have shredded this year, feel like gearing up with reduction of my weight from 86 to 74 Kg. My heart attack made it possible for me, to be honest here. It was like a blessing in disguise opening new possibilities and opportunities for me which I never thought about.
I intend to start running now 5,10,15...KS.
Soon I’ll upload my first Run effort here.
Encouragement given to me by sincere and fabulous members on this forum made it possible for me, I’m so lucky to have found it three years back when I went through my cardiac event. Whether posting here or not but there has not been even a single week in those past years when I didn’t sign in and browse the stories.
Thank you all.
Thank you Jeff.
Thank you KATIE to be mederating and managing this wonderful support plate-form with so much passion and devotion. We all owe you.
I wonder how is your back these days, you had your surgery a couple of years back and you were away for a querter of months. I missed you so much during that time.I remember how you called me to appreciate my writings and help others. You are such a muse and inspirer.

CONGRATS! I think showing us all how you've taken life's lemons and brewed them into a nice pitcher of lemonade is very inspiring! I think it's sweetened by the fact that you include others that you remember have helped you with your accomplishments! Good job! (Very uplifting!)

Dude, you are rocking this! And you've been one of those positive voices for some time here and have given me more than a few smiles as well. Thanks for sharing your progress, for always moving forward and bringing us all with you along your journey.
I wish we were close enough to go for a run together brother.
