    Hello Wendy!

Thank you so much for joining the support network and for sharing your experience. As you begin to interact with others in the community, we hope you will be reminded that you are never alone and that you can find a sense of comfort and support here. AHA has many resources that you can check out to learn more, and I can share the link to the page on Cardiomyopathy and Healthy Living.

Please keep us updated on how you are doing!

    Best Wishes,

Hi Wendy. I also have dilated cardiomyopathy due to chemo. My EF went up from 20s to 50s within a year of going on meds. Unfortunately my dr then said I could go off the meds and several years later I was back down to 20s. I would just encourage you to fine a good cardiologist you communicate well with. The meds they have now are great and can make a huge difference. You can live a long, good life! Glad you're here. Keep us updated on your progress.
    Michelle
