Support to reduce anxiety
Greetings, I have been stranded in Thailand for the past seven months, due to the health crisis. Have been lately experiencing palpitations, sporadic clamming of hands and feet and a very faint pain in the back and left hand ( am female and advanced in age). Functions are normal and walk around one hour daily. Hoping to continue life as is during this crisis. Would be helpful to feel connected and heard /read. Thank you

Good morning, I am so sorry that you are having to manage this! Can I ask why you are stuck in Thailand? Is it due to COVID-19 ? My other question is are you under the care of a physician? If not, it seems like getting a physical and talking to your doctor would be a great first step to learning more about why you are experiencing symptoms.
I do have some resources I can share as well, however, starting with a good once over from a medical professional is really the best place to start.I also encourage you to read through the other member's comments, just in, and enter conversations. The more active on the site you are, the more people you are able to meet. We have found that the more people talk and share, providing and receiving support, they better they begin to feel.
Please know that you are not alone. We are here to listen and be with you.Best Katie

Wow
What's the situation like in Thailand?
Are you with family members?
That sounds really tough. I don't blame you for being anxious.
The only comfort I can offer from here is that many many people are going through things right now, and you're not alone.
I hope you feel better.
