Hi, my name is Bill and I am a 74 year old white male currently living in York, Maine. I been monitored for heart valve issues for the last 4 or 5 years. Recently I became more lightheaded more often and the heart rate on my home blood pressure machine went a lot lower. I did a stress test, wore a 24 hour heart monitor, and had a Lexi-scan, none of which indicated a significant problem other than PVCs. I had 27,000 PVCs over a 24 hour period. I have been told they are benign, but I've been struggling with increased instances of lightheadedness, anxiety and shortness of breath. I have also been tired a lot and lethargic. I've done some breathing exercises and meditation. They seem to help a little, but is there anything more I can do? Has anyone had success with anxiety reducing medications?
