Are you a Newbie in Pacemaker Land?

I am. But I'm really a believer now. Not sure what this contraption could do to save my life. Apparently, I'm pacing in my atrium but not in the ventricle. The people who put it in are full of confidence that I will not arrest again due to bradycardaia (slow haert rate), but I had my doubts and fears. Now on day 20, I know more about how it works. Fears slowly calming down. Feeling very strong and "normal". Share what you've experienced with pacemakers, so we newbies understand more about how this all goes down. Thanks!

My dad had a pacemaker.  They know much more, and these things changed my dad''s and others lives.  He''s now in his 80s and going strong.  😉
