From all my reading on antiarrhythmics, they all have a very low possibility of creating an arrhythmia.  Fortunately it is a very rare side effect.  Antiarrhythmics are widely prescribed and the first line of defense against Afib.  Bob

I agree. I have been on Flecainide for 2 years since my cardioversion and the only time I went into afib, I  had missed my morning pills for a few days, got right back in rhythm after I started taking the pill morning and night again. Sorry if anyone had bad experience, we are all different. I was a teacher for 34 years, so I know everyone is different even in llearning.
