Survey on What Matters to Afib Patients
The International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM, at https://www.ichom.org/) is interested in what matters most to afib patients. The ICHOM Atrial Fibrillation Project Team, which includes Mellanie True Hills and several other members of this forum (they were recruited here by AHA, but I'll let them identify themselves if they wish), is requesting your input to improve afib treatment worldwide.
Over the past twelve months, the project team of world experts, including patients, has been developing a set of health outcomes for people living with atrial fibrillation (called the AF Standard Set).
This AF Standard Set will be used by healthcare providers around the world to support improvement in the quality of healthcare services.
In order to make sure that these recommendations are meaningful worldwide, we are seeking input from afib patients around the globe on what matters most to you.
This survey should take you 5-10 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous as no identifiable information will be collected.
Thank you for your time and input in filling out this survey.
