    After years of teaching us to use anticoagulant a study calls it blood thinner. Makes me question expertise.

    Patio, This article is written for consumers where the term anticoagulant is not widely known.

    TR, Thanks for the article. It drives me crazy, however, when outlets write an entire article about a study and then do not link to the source. That seems either shady or naive to me.

    You're absolutely right about the lack of documentation. I hadn't noticed that, probably because it was a news story and not a published medical study. That said, it does seem to fall in line other more documented material I've read. I'm sure you'd be a better judge of that however. Thanks for picking that up.
