Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
I have had high blood pressure for 8 years since the birth of my son and have been taking medication for that time. Over a year ago I had both a CT antiogram and an echocardiogram. Both showed early stage CAD (small plaques) but were otherwise ok. I had a ecg earlier this week and it came up abnormal with the finding of left ventricular hypertrophy. Has anyone else successful reversed this with either medication or life style changes? My blood pressure is usually fairly in target so I was surprised with the finding.

Thank you for sharing your story. Unfortunately, I'm not a medical professional so I would recommend raising these concerns with your doctor to see if they are able to answer your questions. In the meantime, I can share some High Blood Pressure resources, as well as tips for a Healthy Lifestyle. Please keep us updated on how you're doing!
