Good morning, I am so sorry that you are still feeling pain. Have you talked to your cardiologist about this? I have had a few too many surgeries and have access to a great neuromuscular massage therapist to help keep the scar tissue around the incisions from causing pain and drawing up muscles.
My thought is to check with your cardiologist and ask for solutions to the discomfort, including massage or gentle stretching to help your muscles from tighten up and assist in overall strength.

In addition to Katie's advice, I would also recommend some strengthening exercises in addition to the stretches for the back. If you can make those mucles stronger, it could help relieve some of your chronic pain. I have also found that walking helps me greatly whenever I have lower back pain.
Regarding your chest pains, that could be a number of things and you should definitely consult with your cardiologist. I had bypass surgery almost nine years ago and I still get chest pains on occasion. If they are strong enough, I'll call my cardiologist. I also have some numbness in my chest and my cardiologist told me shortly after my surgery that that feeling in my chest may never return to normal. At the time I told her if your telling me this is normal, I could live with that.
Wishing you well.
