Welcome Andysax1!    Sorry to hear about the Diabetes and heart issues.    Like you I have the same problems (type 2 - 11 years, Heart Attack - 3yrs ago with 1 stent).   The heart stuff is a shocker when it first happens, but over time (long time) you adjust to what we all call the "new normal".   If you would like to talk in more detail just let me know.

I get you.  I am forty years old and just got diagnosed with type two diabetes this week. I was devastated and shocked at first.  I'm used to having girls nights filled with wine and mindless snacking.  I can't do that anymore and I am definitely sad about that. However, I'm ready to make the changes that I need to make so that I can live as vibrantly as possible.  We can do this! 💪❤️

Sorry to hear about Diabetes and heart issues. I'm used to having girls nights filled with wine and mindless snacking and dressed like Red Dead Redemption 2 Coat and got a bunch of diseases solved.
