I've learned there is an easy fix
My high LDL was the root of all my heart problems and unfortunately even a HA! Luckily mine wasn't too severe and over the past few years I found living on a mostly plant based diet my LDL level can hang around 40's now as long as I stay away from meat and dairy as much as possible. Yes I do eat small amounts of meat but for a couple years I didn't eat any and my LDL was in the 30's that's amazing because at those levels heart disease is reversed it actually cleans out your arteries! Exercise has always been part of my life so I cant' contribute my recovery to that at all.

Great advice. I took a similar approach after a DNA test. Here are the results after 1 year https://youtu.be/tFO8jDltELw
