Hubby caregiver

Just need to understand him while recovering sleeping all the time and I’m always watching him any suggestions

    Sleep is a big part of recovery! As he works on recovery with PT, OT, Speech, or whatever he is doing, sleep helps his brain hold onto the work. His brain is injured so sleep is natural healing. In terms of recovery, sleep will help him absorb recovery effort.  If you have time, read "The Brain That Changes Itself" by Doige.  It gives great information about the brain in many circumstances.
