The only advice I can give is pray each day for strength and continue to be compassionate. It gets very frustrating for the family member and caregiver. You will get through this.

I would strongly suggest taking care of your emotional and physical health at the level that you find peace. You can only be the best for him when you are at your best. This sometimes means that you have to be a little selfish. Which really mean you are being self-less for a caregiver.
😊 I pray this helps.

Maybe try getting a pad and pen so that he can write what he is trying to say if he is able to write. If he is trying to communicate with you at work maybe get an iPad so that he can text you. Chrysalis232 gave very good advice. God bless.
