As you’ve heard, there are some exciting changes coming to the Support Network. Ahead of our launch at the end of the month, we wanted to go over the new features and reveal what the homepage will look like to give you a better understanding of what you can expect.

The new homepage has a much simpler design than the current site. As you can see, all of the different forums are displayed in one place, so first-time visitors will be able to find out where they want to post much faster. We’ve also improved the search functionality of the site, so if you’re looking for something specific it will be much easier to find it.
To enhance each member’s experience, we added the ability to follow conversations that you want to stay up to date on. Every post you follow will show up as a personalized newsfeed so you don’t have to worry about bookmarking the pages on your own computer or trying to find them at a later date.
The heart of our Support Network is the connections you make with other members and we kept that in mind when planning all of our changes. On the new site, you will be able to reply directly to other members and tag them for more robust conversations. You can also turn on activity notifications to find out when others interact with your posts and comments.
If your story mentions more than one condition, you no longer need to post your story multiple times in different forums. Another ability on the new Support Network will allow you to categorize your posts, enabling you to post to multiple forums with the same content.
We want you to be able to focus on the connections you’re making and the support you’re receiving from one another, instead of facing difficulties when trying to use the website. We believe the newly designed site will provide a better experience for all current and future members.
